Refund policy

 

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods must be returned with all SHANPAULO tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as ShanPaulo branded boxes and dust bags. The Goods were not used or damaged.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

 

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

Refunds:

 

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day, we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this. We reserve the right to refuse returns and refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

 

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

 

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Returning Goods

 

We offer FREE ground shipping for all returns and exchanges (except for Hawaii and Alaska) as long as you use the pre-paid return label we provide after you contact our customer service team. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. SHANPAULO will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer if the return or exchange is initiated within 14 days of the order ship date. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 14 days from the receipt of original order. Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items exchanged after 14 days from the receipt of original order will be charged for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned with all SHANPAULO tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as ShanPaulo branded boxes and dust bags.

 

 

How to Return or Exchange Your Order:

 

We offer FREE ground shipping for all returns and exchanges (except for Hawaii and Alaska) as long as you use the pre-paid return label we provide after you contact our customer service team. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.

Request a return on customerservice@shanpaulo.com and print the provided return label. Affix the label to the outside of the shipping mailer bag. Drop off the package at the any Carrier Store, Drop Box, Customer Center, or with any Carrier driver. If a carrier is not available in your area or you prefer not to use it to return or exchange your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5 business days.

 

Refunds:

SHANPAULO uses a Third-Party Logistics companies for its shipments and offers a FLAT RATE ground shipping on all orders shipped to a valid US address (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, select your preferred delivery option before proceeding to purchase.

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as humanly possible from the date/time they were placed. During very busy seasons and major launches, the shipment can take longer. Risk of Loss; Product Insurance 

 

All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
