What is The ShanPaulo Club Refer-A-Friend Program?

ShanPaulo offers rewards to our subscribed customers for spreading the word about earning Cash Back and by gifting their friends with a discount coupon. If someone you refer purchases using the discount coupon you gifted to your friend and makes a qualifying purchase, you can both earn a reward! You get your cashback and your friend gets a discounted price and can also get cashback if they do the same process. The purchase requirement and reward amount and/or percentage can vary, but the most current promotion can always be found on the Referral Program Terms page.

How does the program work?

ShanPaulo Customers will see the below after their purchase confirmation page. More instructions can be found on the Referral Program Terms page.

Simply click on "Start Referring" and send your discount coupon link to friends via email, text or social media. If they purchase using the discount coupon via your link and make a qualifying purchase, you both earn your reward. You receive cashback and your friends a discounted price. Your friends can also receive cashback by following the same steps after their purchase.

What do my friends need to do?

For you to qualify for your Cashback, your friend has to:

Make a purchase using your unique discount coupon link.
Make a minimum purchase that qualifies for Cash Back

When will I receive my Cashback?

Generally, you can expect to receive your referral cashback within 15 days of your referral’s qualifying purchase. In an effort to prevent purchasing fraud from all of us, we have implemented fraud monitoring and protection platform. This platform is integrated with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission).

Every purchase will go through fraud prevention screening prior to process cashback. This includes every purchase using the referred coupon code prior to submit cashback. We reserve the right to refuse cashback and to dispute chargeback that it is flagged as a possible fraudulent purchase. Can I see my activity?

You will receive an email once your friend made a purchase using your unique discount coupon link notifying your cashback has been requested.

How many friends can I refer?

The more, the more money back you get! You can send the same discount coupon link to all the friends, family members and coworkers you know. Who doesn’t love Cash Back? However, you will receive cashback until Maximum Cashback is reached which will be described after you click on "Start Referring".

Can I refer to friends outside of the USA?

As of now, we can only ship to USA, except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
